Just a tidbit today. I haven’t gotten to write much in a while. But here’s this:

Sometimes, the gale stops for a moment
And it’s breathing that I hear
My love’s soft life-breath in my inner ear
In mem’ry, just, but quiet and clear

And Your love, mute as snowfall
Adorns the image dear
Two hearts lashed by words sincere
Three hearts tethered here
